We: 1.Usually, our warranty is at least 1 year from your receive the goods, but if you need to extend warranty, please tell us, we can consult it and shown on the contract.
2. We concentrate on our customers' satisfaction, for default part,we can exchange for good part,if you can pay for the shipping cost.
3. After negotiate the default problem,we will exchange the good components except Lamps.
5.Customers : How can I get some samples?
We:
1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples should be paid in full, if goods are valuable, this charge will be discount in the payment of formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: You can pay by T/T transfer,Western Union,or Paypal
